No political party in India wants a strong Lokpal bill?

No political party in India wants a strong lokpal bil. The other day Lalu Prasad Yadav said that a strong Lokpal will have the effect of sending every MP to jail. Even though Congress tried to get the bill passed, no other political party seemed to be keen on getting the bill passed. And team Anna was squarely putting the blame on Congress alone? Is that justified?

I feel, no political party is interested in having a strong Lokpal. We people will have to push them towards achieving this goal. The same is the case with 50% reservation for women. Political parties and their leaders are least interested in getting such bills passed in the parliament.
